ZenPeakFitness operates as a dropshipping store. Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers whose warehouses are located in the United States, and shipped directly to you. As a result, shipping times may vary by supplier and destination, and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered, and we will address any fulfillment issues on your behalf.

6. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been submitted to our supplier, it may not be possible to cancel. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@zenpeakfitness.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

ZenPeakFitness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
